VEZR provides technology to connect users and process payments. We don't own vehicles, provide insurance, or guarantee user behavior.
Eligibility
Renters must be 21+ with a valid driver license. Hosts must be 18+ and have permission to list vehicles. All users must provide accurate information.
Your Responsibilities
Treat others with respect, follow laws, maintain accurate account information, report safety concerns immediately, and honor your commitments.
Prohibited
Illegal activity, fraud, discrimination, harassment, unauthorized drivers, commercial misuse, and attempts to bypass platform booking flow are prohibited.
Dispute Resolution
Most disputes are resolved through binding arbitration. Claims are brought individually, not as class actions.
