VEZR provides technology to connect users and process payments. We don't own vehicles, provide insurance, or guarantee user behavior.
Renters must be 21+ with a valid driver's license. Hosts must be 18+ and have permission to list vehicles. All users must provide accurate information.
Treat others with respect, follow all applicable laws, maintain accurate account information, report safety concerns immediately, and honor your commitments.
Illegal activities, fraud, discrimination, harassment, unauthorized drivers, commercial misuse, and attempts to bypass platform booking flow are prohibited.
Most disputes are resolved through binding arbitration. Claims are brought individually, not as class actions.
